LOVE HER

Her passion misused, her habits killing her slowly, she’s losing a fight for another day,
The life that she has known is falling apart, a motherless home, a child’s broken heart
You are holding her hands straying for words, you trying to make sense of it all
She is desperate for hope, darkness clouding her view she’s looking to you
Just love her like Jesus, carry her to him, his yoke is easy his burden is light
You don’t need the answer to all of life’s questions
Just know that he loves her stay by her side

Her heart is already faint waiting for a little blessing from heaven
Will be there soon, hope fades in the night, blue skies turns red
You are looking at the hopeless, trying to explain their pains
Although she spoke no words, everything she said is heard
Just embrace this hopeless one; you don’t need to know the answer to
All of lives question, just know that they need your love
